Who are we




Lazar Babić

Executive director

Born on May 9, 1994. Graduated and mastered at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, and is currently on PHD studies at the same faculty. He is the author of several expert papers on the topics of constitutional law, electoral law and local self-government law. Has more than five years of experience in working with the civil sector. Since October 2017 he has been working as a lawyers associate. Scholarship holder of Konrad Adenauer Foundation and alumni of the "School of Democracy" organized by Center for research transparency and accountability. He speaks fluent English and can use German language.



Nikola Dragićević

Secretary general

Born on 21st of June, in 1994. in Ivanjica, where he finished elementary school and high school. In 2013. he goes to Belgrade and starts studies at Faculty of Low University of Belgrade, where graduated in 2019. Nikola is working in attorney at law "Djurić". He speaks English fluently, but knows basic French and Russian. Nikola is a big fan of english football, tennis, film and Rock'n'Roll.



Marko Pantić

Program director

Trainee Attorney at Law at Prelevic Law Office, student of master academic studies at Faculty of Law University of Belgrade and associate at weekly magazine "Vreme". Besides law, he shows interest in sports and politics.



Aleksandar Marjanović

Vice President

Marjanovic (Milos) Aleksandar was born on November 25, 1994. He finished elementary school "King Aleksandar I Karadjordjevic) in the Adriatic Lesnica. He finished secondary school in Loznica in 2013 and in the same year he enrolled at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, where he is currently an apsolvent. He is also the vice-president of the Center for Democratic Orientation. He speaks English and Spanish



Isidora Vuković


Born 27.06.1994 in Belgrade. She finished primary and secondary school in Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2018, she graduated from the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade. During studies she participated in many activities. She was founder and president of the Literary Club of the Faculty of Law. She also participated in legal clinics for anticorruption and for refugee law. Isidora worked as a trainee in legal department of the Petroleum refining company NIS in Belgrade. Currently she works as legal trainee at Law Office, whose practice covers the area of commercial law.



Nikola Miloradovic

Vice President

Born 22.02.1994 in Krusevac. He finished Economics school in Krusevac, direction a legal technician. Bachelor of Laws at the Law Faculty in Belgrade university. Employed in the law office Bozovic, as a lawyer trainee.
